Ende der 1970er Jahre wurde sie fertiggestellt und bot mehr als 1.400 Besch\u00e4ftigen einen Arbeitsplatz. Der Besitzer verkaufte das Geb\u00e4ude 2005, es wurde einfach nicht mehr ben\u00f6tigt. Aus der Beh\u00f6rde war ein privates Unternehmen geworden.<\/p>\n<p>Im Jahre 2011 wurden Teile des Geb\u00e4udes, aufgrund schlechter Brandschutzma\u00dfnahmen, Zwangsger\u00e4umt. Nur ein kleiner Teil der ehemals 1.400 Mitarbeiter blieben dort. 4 Jahre sp\u00e4ter durften auch sie das mittlerweile verwaiste Geb\u00e4ude verlassen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Spezialeinheiten der Polizei durften seit dem in den leer stehenden Etagen \u00fcben und das sieht man auch an vielen Stellen.<\/p>\n<p>Seit Anfang dieses Jahrs laufen die Vorbereitungen f\u00fcr den Abbruch. Alles wurde eingez\u00e4unt und die st\u00f6renden B\u00e4ume gef\u00e4llt. Alle Schadstoffe und die Haustechnischen Anlagen im inneren werden entfernt.<\/p>\n<p>Das Geb\u00e4ude war derma\u00dfen zerst\u00f6rt, das man kaum noch tolle Fotomotive finden konnte. Letztendlich sahen auch alle tausende B\u00fcros gleich aus.
