Da man aber Transportschiffe ben\u00f6tigte, wurden diese Schiffe aus Leichtbeton gebaut. Das auf den Bildern abgebildete Betonschiff wurde zwischen 1943 und 1944 gebaut und strandete w\u00e4hrend der \u00dcberf\u00fchrung. Das Schiff, wurde dann kurz als Lager genutzt und beim Versuch es in den 1960er Jahren zu bergen, lief es auf eine Sandbank auf.
