Bereits 1935 wurden auf dem sp\u00e4teren Flugplatz einige Holzbaracken f\u00fcr die Bauarbeiter errichtet. Der Flugplatz wurde dann 1939 fertiggestellt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Fliegerhorst bestand aus einer betonierten Start- und Landebahn sowie aus mehreren Flugzeughallen. F\u00fcr die Soldaten wurden eine K\u00fcche, ein Casino und ein Freibad errichtet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bis 1943 wurden hier Piloten der deutschen Luftwaffe ausgebildet. Anschlie\u00dfend wurde hier eine Transportfliegergruppe stationiert.  1945 wurde der Flugplatz durch sowjetische Truppen eingenommen. Die ersten sowjetischen D\u00fcsenflugzeuge und eine Hubschrauberstaffel waren hier stationiert. Ab 1965 wurde das Gel\u00e4nde als Truppen\u00fcbungsplatz genutzt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Standort wurde 1992 wieder der deutschen Verwaltung \u00fcbergeben.
